Trying to get through a particularly drudgey work day, I set my iTunes (greatest app. ever!!) to play a random selection of Smashing Pumpkins. Now this was one of my all time favorite bands in high school and early college, but I haven't really spun their stuff in a while. Jesus, I'm happy I did. While I'm not gonna say the next 2 hours flew by, but I got such a CHARGE out of the music. Literally, every 5 minutes or so I was getting CHILLS. This is GREAT fucking music. There's no doubt that new music is brilliant, but the classics are FOREVER!!
